𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
– experience in rank and type of vessels
– good knowledge of English
